Frost Regina is a new winter festival with events throughout the city. Wascana is one of four hubs.
During the entirety of the festival you can enjoy public skating on the Rink on Wascana as well as the Chimes light display in the Queen Elizabeth II Gardens.
Bar Willow Eatery will have food and beverages for sale on Friday February 4 5pm - 8pm, and weekends (5,6,12 &13) 11am - 8pm.
All events are at the Wascana hub located directly in front of the Legislative Building unless otherwise stated.
