Applications must be received 30 days prior to event or may be subject to a rush fee.
A $50 application fee will be charged prior to application processing if applicable.
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the availability of the location.
Applications will not be processed prior to one year in advance.

To Fly a UAV/Drone in Wascana Centre the applicant is required to provide evidence to the Commission of the following before a permit is granted:

The Provincial Capital Commission surcharge per vendor is $125 per day. Food sales and distribution and event contact information will be forwarded to RQHR Public Health. All food vendors must be shown on map. Organizers must submit vendor application to Regina Qu’Appelle Health Authority – RQHR.
The City of Regina requires a building permit for any tent structures larger than 625 sq ft (58m² ) in size. The permit can be obtained through the City of Regina. Please forward a copy once filled out and Wascana Centre will sign off as the "owner". See Permits for Temporary Structures at bottom of form.
Overnight security is required and arranged by event organizer. Must be near a roadway. Must be shown on map. Location to be approved by the Provincial Capital Commission.

Provincial Capital Commission requires that events provide security for all overnight site setup, concerts and/or beer gardens
Provincial Capital Commission can provide up to six (6) at no charge. Users are responsible for erecting and staffing.
Must follow Provincial Capital Commission Policy 118 & 119 which does not permit advertising outside of the event area. Directional and/or informational signage is allowed. Trailer mounted signs are not permitted in Wascana Centre.

Note: Willow Island is only available from 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm
All events that are expecting over 200 attendees and are serving alcohol must fill out a Special Duty Policing (SDP) Request Form available at the Regina Police Service website.

Permits for Temporary Structures
If this is a permit for a temporary structure to be erected in Wascana Centre such as a tent, shelter, canopy, or for other temporary construction, the permit is for an improvement. Tents require the completion of a separate temporary structure improvement application in the following circumstances:
