Who doesn’t love a little game of hide and seek - It’s a childhood favourite! It’s also popular in the animal world. Picture a Coyote and a White-tailed Jackrabbit or a Great-horned Owl and a Meadow Vole, they all play a little game of predator-prey. Learn all about predator-prey dynamics, animal tracking tricks, solving track stories and of course what tracking program would be complete without a game of predator-prey! Not enough? Still want more? Well, become a different type of tracker with this introduction to geocaching!

Come down to the Habitat Conservation Area on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 for a FREE Animal Tracking Program for children ages 8-13.

Meet at the parking lot at the base of Wascana Hill, across from the Douglas Park ball diamonds. Wascana Centre Ecologist Sarah Turkeli will lead the activities including animal tracking, geocaching and track stories.
